Wild King Salmon: A Culinary Treasure from the Pacific
Our Wild King Salmon, also known as Chinook salmon, is a culinary delight that is highly coveted by top chefs and seafood enthusiasts alike. This salmon is troll-caught off the Pacific coast, from Oregon to Alaska, by our dedicated team of fishermen. Known for its bold, natural flavor and smooth, buttery consistency, Wild King Salmon offers an exquisite dining experience that stands out in any dish.
The closure of the local California season has led us to source this prized fish from fisheries near Alaska. By doing so, we continue to support our coastal fishermen who rely on the wild salmon season for their livelihoods. This seasonal availability provides an opportunity to savor one of the finest catches while it lasts.
Each order includes a 1lb fillet, skin-on, delivered fresh and perfect for enjoying within 1-3 days of arrival. If you can't use it immediately, freezing it in an airtight ziplock bag preserves its quality.
Our Wild King Salmon is sourced from a Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified fishery and is recommended by Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch for its sustainable practices, ensuring you are supporting responsible fishing and environmental stewardship.
