Delightful. When you see that Four Star has it from Hawaii - get that one because the flavor is slightly nicer. But that said, this fresh ogo is wonderful. For my thyroid and over all health I'm researching seaweed and blue zones and getting creative in the kitchen with the seaweeds from Four Star. I'm pushing the envelope and going way beyond Japanese or Hawaiian recipes. Seaweed grows everywhere so I'm experimenting.

Ogo salad under the seared tuna! Ogo, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, julienned sweet onions and Persian cucumbers (outside crunchy part only), scallions and cherry tomatoes with a soy citrus vinaigrette. So healthy!

The fresh ogo seaweed and tuna made a delicious poke! Took me back to Hawaii.

Fresh, crunchy and smelled just like the ocean. Reminded me of Hawaii’s ogo. Made a killer poke’.
