What a difference! This fresh squid is almost crunch and good texture ! Cooked Spanish way !!!

Fresh, big, and beautiful…

The squid was beautiful, but I ordered 4 pounds and only received 3 1/2 pounds…..

Very fresh! Tried two ways 1. Coat in batter and airfry for 10 min 2. Blanch for 30 seconds and eat with sauce

One of my fav seafood, squid. Reminds me of home. I cooked it 2 ways, a Filipino dish called “adobo” which is basically a mix of soy sauce & vinegar with garlic & onions etc. The other dish is stuffed with onion& garlic cooked in an air fryer. Both are really good coz the squid is fresh. Yummy yummy!!!

Always fresh and good quality. I enjoy these squid in different cooking. This time I cooked them with garlic, hot pepper and saffron in olive oil Spanish way.

In the pic- Squid coconut curry (Kerala cuisine) I was a bit apprehensive about buying fresh squid and having to clean it. But it wasn’t too difficult. Nothing tastes as good as fresh squid!! Really loved it!!
