The shiso leaves were SUPER fresh! Just a quick rinse, pat dry and then paired witkh a seared ahi tuna. Easy peasy!

I adore shiso so I had to get some to go with amaebi. I had a lot left over so I used it in a tomato and mozzarella salad in place of basil, and it worked great!
