Each order contains two fresh 6oz portions that arrive ready to cook, with the skin removed. With its pristine flavor and being wild-caught from the cool crisp waters of Norway, it's no wonder this popular fish is a crowd-pleaser. 

For optimal freshness, either consume or freeze the fillets within 1-2 days of their arrival. Before freezing, it is recommended to transfer the fillets to an airtight ziplock bag. When ready to eat, simply defrost and cook according to your preference.
