Crab, King - Legs - by the lb

We all thought this was the best crab we had eaten in a long time, maybe ever. Paired it with some Four Star trout roe, chives and and a wagyu fat smoked butter sauce.

The crab legs were the best I ever had.

They were a hit.

We had the crab for an appetizer, and all the guests loved the taste salt flavor. Like it just came out of the ocean!
