These Pink Singing Bay Scallops are nothing short of amazing! Easily steamed and added to our linguini, they were such a treat! Will definitely be keeping my eyes out for them in the future!

Oh so good, these little delightful mollusks. Had them simply steamed with frittes.

These scallops are glorious! Just gave them a good cleaning, then steamed them for a few minutes in garlic/butter/white wine and had them with a salad. - oh yes and some garlic bread to dip into the heavenly sauce. So easy!

These bay scallops were such a treat! They’re pretty easy to prep - pop open with a small spoon to separate the abductor muscle, scoop the scallop out for a quick rinse, and choose your own cooking adventure. I steamed mine with ginger and they’re so naturally sweet that seasoning wasn’t needed. Some scallops had broken shells, but they smelled perfectly fresh and I only had one sketchy one to toss.

Delicious on the half shell with a hint of lemon

Excellent, great find!

Many of them were enjoyed raw on the half shell. These were sauteed for 40 seconds and a lemon saffron vinaigrette and placed upon Hong Kong style chow mein noodles.

Simply steamed in wine. Sweet and tender.

These scallops and delicious and so easy to prepare. Saute some shallots, garlic, and onion in butter in a deep pot. Add some tarragon and simmer, then add some white wine. Add the scallops and cover. Check often and take out and plate the ones that have opened.

These were amazing! The scallops take a bit of scrubbing and rinsing but once that’s done they are incredible. I steamed in Shio Koji diluted with water for 5 minutes and served over pasta.

Small but tastes great. Takes a bit of work to clean this many scallops.

Sweet and briny. Delicious on it’s own.

These delicious scallops were lively, easy to clean, and full of plump roe. They were excellent steamed in a light lemon saffron cream sauce and served over pasta!

Raw scallops on the Alf shell with a touch of lime… taste heavenly and delicate! See the empty spot in the middle? I was the first to pick, and I took the largest… afterall, I am the mom and grandma!

So lively, sweet and briny for all preparations, raw, flash sautéed, lightly poached - a fantastic hot pot addition)!
