Ordered some 1.5 lb Maine Lobsters for some Lobster Thermidor with King Trumpet mushroom risotto for New Years! It was perfect and the lobster stock that 4 Star sells was the perfect flavor for reducing without being too much! They should have called themselves 5 Star! Although our experience was much like the scene in Annie Hall, we did cook our 3 lobsters which were the stars of our mini lobster rolls for my husband’s 70th Bday. Even our friends from Maine loved them!
