CRISP/DELICATELY SWEET/JUICY

The outer skin of the Shinko Asian pear is a golden brown color.  The flavor is mildly sweet flavor with a juicy and crisp texture.  They hold up well to cooking, try them baked in a galette with cardamom whipped cream!
