I had read about this wasabi and I'm so glad Four Star has it. It's great stuff. I love to grate it over an egg or meat. I love it in salad dressing - particularly mayo. Looking for a gift for a hardcore foodie friend - this is IT!

Fresh grated wasabi is the best! Mild.
