We couldn't live without Frisée. Super versatile, it's frilly, dainty, and ever so slightly bitter leaves are a great addition to a salad mix, used as a garnish, or briefly wilted. Delicious in a Salad Lyonnaise; simply render some bacon lardons, toast up some croutons, poach a couple eggs, make a quick vinaigrette using our wonderful imported red wine vinegar and voila!
