
Shiro Dashi is a soup base made from white soy sauce, kombu, and bonito. Due to its lighter color, Shiro Dashi will not alter the color of the final dish. It adds a layer of umami and depth of flavor to whatever you use it in. Try using some in your next miso soup with some Aeden Country Miso!
