When life gives you bacon as fabulous as this, make BLT pasta for a change! Fry the bacon and cook the pasta, take bacon out to drain. Cook the halved cherry tomatoes in the bacon fat, then add the pasta, handfuls of arugula, some of the cooking water and grated Parmesan to the pan. Delish!
