  • Willie Bird turkeys are available for local Bay Area delivery on Nov 23, 25, 26, or 27 only—be sure choose your pre-order date from these four options at checkout.
  • If you have items you would like delivered on different dates, please be sure to place separate orders.
  • For shipping outside the Bay Area, please email orders@fourstarseafood.com. Shipping orders that include turkeys cannot be placed online. 
  • Allow time for brining if preferred.

Chef-Selected Quality:

Our chefs select Willie Bird for its outstanding flavor and quality. These turkeys are raised antibiotic-free and air-chilled for freshness—they will arrive deep chilled but never frozen. Allow time for thawing to room temperature. 

Simple Roasting Tips:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove giblets and season with salt, pepper, or your preferred rub.
  3. Place turkey in a roasting pan with 1 cup of water.

Cook Time (16–18lbs):

  • Roast for approximately 3 3/4 to 4 hours.Start at 375°F for 45 minutes, then reduce to 325°F for the remainder, basting occasionally. Cover with foil for the last hour to keep it tender.
