Our chefs select Willie Bird for its outstanding flavor and quality. These turkeys are raised antibiotic-free and air-chilled for freshness—they will arrive deep chilled but never frozen. Allow time for thawing to room temperature.
Simple Roasting Tips:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove giblets and season with salt, pepper, or your preferred rub.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan with 1 cup of water.
Cook Time (12–14 lbs):

Roast for approximately 2 3/4 to 3 hours. Start at 375°F for 45 minutes, then reduce to 325°F for the remainder, basting occasionally. Cover with foil for the last hour to keep it tender.
